Why do I keep striving in relationships and still feel empty?
Thriving might just be somewhere over the rainbow or over that next hurdle but I was tired of searching, tired of trying.


Parenting adolescents alone: why mothers need support too.
Many mothers are told, “Don’t take it personally.”
There may be some truth in that.
Adolescents are often caught in their own developmental struggle. Their moods, reactions, and distancing are not always a fair reflection of who you are or what you have given.
But it can still feel personal.


Why is self-love so hard?
For some people, self-love sounds simple. For others, it can feel almost impossible to understand.
Especially if love was not something you learned through steady warmth, protection, delight, or emotional care.
If love felt uncertain, conditional, absent, critical, or difficult to reach, you may have learned something else.


What does it mean to do the Inner Work?
The inner work was not about blaming the past. It was about recognising what had shaped me, so I could begin to choose more consciously.


Why do I procrastinate when I need to be seen?
If being seen has ever felt exposing, unsafe, humiliating, or overwhelming, procrastination can become a form of protection.
Not laziness.
Protection.


Why is it so hard to speak up?
You may be competent, thoughtful, intelligent, and articulate in many situations — and still find it difficult to speak from your real self when something matters emotionally.
