Commit to Feel Good

Published in 2012, this book reflects an earlier stage of my personal and professional development. Its ideas grew from lived experience, reflection and the understanding I had at that time. Since then, my work has deepened through psychotherapy training, clinical practice and continued learning. While I might now express some of these ideas with greater nuance and openness, the heart of the book remains meaningful to me, and it has continued to resonate with readers.

you've ever spent time feeling confused about how thoughts, beliefs and emotions impact your emotional well-being. You may be interested in some of the myths and science behind many of the popular concepts around how we create our reality. It's more complex than we know. This text includes some of my grappling with these subjects as I developed my understanding of the nature of things during my recovery journey.

Reviews

A great book for anyone looking to enhance the quality of their life and state of well being. I found Josie's style of writing particularly attractive because it's so pragmatic. This book is a collection of all the best bit's of self help books conveniently parcelled into one great page turner. Contains a lot of strong scientific back up which I particularly like. Not an airy fairy read, just pure helpful strategies, that amazingly work, if you put them into practice. This book has totally changed the way I think about and consider the law of attraction in everyday circumstances and has helped me forge stronger working and social relationships. Highly recommend to anyone who's all at sea or just lacking a bit of direction. Amazon Review 2013
