Wuhan virus: 9 pivotal actions to improve your immunity

There's nothing more important that supporting your immune system.


Why?


Because it is our immune system that supports us. It is our first line of defence, and when functioning well, it is formidable. The only trouble is that it isn't functioning well for most people.



How do I know this?

Because almost every condition that is currently prevalent is due to an immune system malfunction - chronic inflammation. Mostly, we are exposing our immune system to so much crap that it's completely overstimulated and exhausted, and always turned on.


Inflammation is one important aspect of our defences that we truly need. However it has become a chronic condition because the immune system is always on, trying to rid our body of stuff that it doesn't need, that is toxic to it.


If you're not sure what that crap might be, start with researching additives, processed foods, preservatives, effects of Wi Fi, 5G, insecticides, pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals in medications, medication ingredients to name the obvious contenders.


If you struggle with anxiety, that nervous system of yours is not helping your immune system one little bit. As a society we have to get real about our health sooner of later, and it will come down to each individual doing what they feel is right for them unless you are willing to put your health in the hands of pharmaceutical companies. Okay, there are times when you need to. Be discerning.


Your nervous system and your immune system are intimately connected, as is every other system in your body. Your mental and emotional health is paramount in these changing times.

Here are just a few conditions that owe their origin to inflammation:

  • Respiratory conditions such as asthma and bronchitis. 

  • Cancer

  • Diabetes

  • Heart disease

  • Rheumatoid Arthritis

  • Neuro-degenerative diseases - diseases of the nervous system including Alzheimers

  • Auto-immune diseases


Here's how to support your immune system

As well as treating the inflammation we also need to treat the cause in order to reduce the inflammatory response in the first place, and rebuild our immune system.


Form new life supporting habits to build a strong immune response over time.


1. Increase the antioxidants available to control inflammation in your body

Sleep deeply and early. Rest well. Early to bed means you give your body access to the hormone of melatonin, the strongest antioxidant known.


Released between 9pm and midnight provided you’re in darkness (no screens or artificial light), melatonin is your powerful, natural inflammation controller. Make this a practice and you will go a long way to eradicating inflammation and it's damaging effects. It may take a few weeks to train your body to sleep early and for your body to reestablish your hormone levels to their natural state. In the meantime lie quietly with eyes closed and allow your thoughts to come and go, peacefully. Load up on high quality Vit. C rich foods and formulas and other well established sources of antioxidants such as turmeric formulas is you’re next best defence, especially if you know that your system is depleted.

2. Don't underestimate the value of breathing correctly

Breathe deeply, regularly. Not only does it massage every organ in your body, it also massages the pituitary gland, the master gland of the endocrine glands, which play a significant role in supporting immunity.

3. Down-regulate your nervous system

Practice calmness, stillness and/or spend lots of time in nature. This is a first step to down-regulate your nervous system which supports your immune function. Talk to me if you need help with this.

4. Hydrate well every day

Drink plenty of fresh water. That's not water from a plastic bottle incidentally. Get access to the best water you can. Using a quality filter is one way you can do this.

5. Be mindful of what you put into your body

Eat nutrient dense fruits and vegetables. Know everything you can about what goes into your body. Read the ingredients, check out the source, learn about your food, medications and supplements.

6. Keep your body moving

Take gentle exercise. This keeps the lymph moving in your body. Lymph is waste products that the body no longer needs or can't use.

7. Make a commitment to work through your unfinished business

Work to clear unfinished business that occupies your mind with endless mind chatter, and exhausts your immunity. Overwhelm, exhaustion, lethargy, emotional stress all overwhelm your immune system as well as your body. That is why your body becomes fatigued, inflamed and sick. And this is where I do most of my work. Make contact if you need help.


8. Connect with terra firma

Grounding - walk barefoot on the ground often. It's an instant release of free radicals that are responsible for most of the inflammation we have in our bodies from Wi Fi and electronic devices mainly, as well as not enough contact with the earth.


Spend time with your shoes off. Recent research indicates the rise in inflammatory conditions occurred with the introduction of soles made from artificial materials. Prior to joggers and running shoes and now most all footwear, shoes had leather soles which earthed us well, all day. That's not happening now, unless you make a conscious effort.

9. Find a way to protect yourself from Wi Fi and all incoherent energy wave activity

I've promised this to a number of people. This has been my go-to technology for about 7 years. It turns all incoherent energy waves coming into my home into coherent energy waves. That means, all man-made frequencies from Wi Fi and any electrical devices are changed into coherent energy that is healing for the body, and similar to the coherent energy waves found in nature. (My apologies to those who have waited patiently.)


My home is divine to live and sleep in, as my whole home and every device is linked to an inexpensive plastic covered metal energy disc. When people visit here they ALL remark on how deeply they sleep. My feeling is that it's to do with this technology. In every handbag, backpack, and of course they are attached to the back of my phone so that they are always in my energy field doing their thing. A strong immune system is going to be vital in the coming years, especially if we experience more natural disasters and virus events such as the Wuhan virus. And getting through this one might be our first challenge. Given the traffic from China and a suspected case in Melbourne, it's only a matter of time before it's in our communities. I urge you to take these steps to begin to bring your immune system up to par.
